vmunix: SCSI: Request Timeout

In the last 2 days, I keep getting this message especially during backup period. Would someone know what happen to my server ?

attach the output of the following in a txt file.

strings /etc/lvmtab
ioscan -fnkC disk

either you need a scsi/spt driver or firmware update or you have some hardware problems.

Any data loss?

I think there's a problem with device c7t1d2 (with alternate path c3t2d2). What's this device - AutoRAID? Could you please attach 'ioscan -fn' output to your next reply? Any more information on system and storage setup?
