writing speed problem
when i first installed my hp-9700i cdwriter in windows 98 i was able to copy at x16 and i didnt have any type of problems, but when i moved to windows millenium i couldn't write cd's faster than x4 otherwhise i have a buffer overflow error.
WHAT CAN I DO?

Still using the same raw cd's ?
Check the driver pls.
