PCM+ 4.0 Patch1 Software Update Wizard Fails

Anyone seen this?

Failure:Device not currently supported <IP>

Refresh complete.

 

The Software Update Wizard always worked in V3.X.  Maybe a setting I'm missing?  Tools>Preferences>Configuration_Management> All is acceptable and seems in order.
