Problem with Configuration Management tab

Hello

 

I have PCM 4.0.2 and since few days my Configuration Management tab in Global preferences is blank, same with Software Image Import in sub menu. Switch Software tab is visible but i cant choose any version of software in Prefered version toolbox, its blank for every Device type. If anyone knows how repair it I'll appreciate.
