bl10e g2 scripted install
We are using Altiris Deployment Server together with Repid Deployment Pack to do a scripted installation of Windows2003 on blades. This works fine for BL10e's but not for BL10e G2.
What happens that the dos-part of the windows setup completes fine. After windows does a reboot and it should boot from the local disk; that fails. I tried this on two different G2's to rule out any hardware problems.
For supporting this BL10e G2, do I need a higher version of RDP or do I need to add extra disk-drivers to the windows installation-point?
Altiris Deployment Server v6.1
HP Rapid Deployment Pack v1.50 (ss.700)

Re: bl10e g2 scripted install
Hello,
Have you tried using RDP 1.60? Are you using the HP provided "scripted install" task?
More details about how it fails could also help.
In addition, you might want to read the RDP knowledgebase at http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/rdp/knowledgebase/search.html
