Installing Windows Server from a Custom DOS Boot CD with Virtual CD/DVD

Has anybody had experience of booting from a Bootable DOS CD using the Virtual CD/DVD function. I have used in the past a special El Torito emulation driver from IBM to do this for other systems, but for HP it hangs the systems.

Boot from the SmartStart CD.
