New License code issue

Hi,

We've received a new Blade and its come with a piece of paper with 3 yellow codes on. One is for the ICE Environment, one for the adv iLO and the 3rd is for the RDP License. How do I redeem this for the *.lic file?

I keep getting directed to the Webware page but it doesn't allow the 20 character registration code to be entered.
