RDP Deployment Console requesting SQL Username and Password

I have installed a new RDP server using ICE DVD 6.3. The server was installed prior to us having a domain so it was installed while I was logged into the local adminstrator account. All use for several days was only from the local Administrator Account.

The SQL database is the express database installed on the same server and from the ICE DVD.

Everything was working fine. We then joined the server to the domain. Now when a user logs into the server with their domain account and tries to open the deployment console they get a popup requesting the SQL database username and Password. Nothing seems to work here. Not even the local server administrator account.

I can still login to the server as the local Administrator and run the deployment console jsut fine.

What do I need to change to allow domain users to run the deployment console?
