booting embedded LOM 1 port 1 HPE ethernet 1gb 4-port 331i adapter - NIC (HTTPS ipv6)

booting embedded LOM 1 port 1 HPE ethernet 1gb 4-port 331i adapter - NIC (HTTPS ipv6)

My server is working and suddenly it's shutdown,after booting this i am getting this error.

It's has RAID 1 configuration and  i have 4 harddrive is inserted one of them is LED is showing Amber

And other three are green. I am not able to start server , thank you in advance. Drive datas are very important.

Hello,

You may check if the boot mode has been changed or if the boot order has been changed in BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU). You may refer to page 82, section "Changing Boot Options" of the "UEFI System Utilities User Guide for HPE ProLiant Gen10, ProLiant Gen10 Plus Servers, and HPE Synergy". 

 

Before making any changes, ensure that there is a backup of data. For more assistance please contact HPE Support using the HPE Support Center portal.
