ILO Remote Console

I have today installed the 60 day trial of the advanced ILO features. I still cannot access the remote console part. It says Graphical remote console is an ILO advanced feature. The server is windows 2003

Goto the iLO licensing Page and check the Trial Advanced License is installed.
Then you can try reseting the iLO once, and check you can access the same.

done that and it is activated. I am trying to remote control when the os is loaded - I can see the cursor move on the server and can see the words I type on the server but all I have on the screen is the grey box saying Graphical remote console etc.

did you click inside the grey box to install and activate the active-x control?
Did you check the ie settings needed for ilo remote console?
