ML 110 G5 + RedHat 5

Hi all.
I have trouble with HP ML 110 G5+E200 and RedHat 5 (kernel 2.6.18-128).
Periodic lost connections with server...
Hardware install successfully. dmesg is clean,i do not see strange messages.

I use putty to communicate. Sometimes, putty talk: lost connectiong with server. 5-15 min. works fine, then ..lost connections...
As samba does not work...connections lost to shares.
Whats wrong...

is it normal OS or customized OS ?

if its customized OS check weather and firewall has been blocked ?

I have update BIOS on NC105i (not helps).
Drivers version - 3.93.
3.98 can't download now from ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/pubsw-linux/p122860230/v53275/tg3-3.98f-3.src.rpm

firewall is off.

you just try to download from any other systems with ftp assesses, install it

I`m install 3.98f drivers...Again connections is lost...(((


Readme.txt contains ethtool configurations for eth... . It should be installed?

May be It is necessary update BIOS motherboard ?

My answer was maybe something is wrong with the network and not the server, which was the correct answer since another system had the same IP, I got 5 points. Someone else was assigned 10 points and their answer was to check the BIOS. Odd way to assign points, oh well.....
