Hello. We just purchased a new HP Proliant Gen10 Plus server. Within iLO it shows that we have the storage controller and 13 disks available. The controller is the mr416i-p. It should enabled in the device inventory in iLO. All of the drives also show enabled. Within SSA it says "No controllers found". Why is the controller not showing up in SSA? Also I was not able to update the firmware via the SPP as it seems HPE's download site is currently undergoing maintenance.

Re: No Controller Found
The MR series controllers are not supported under SSA -- see the "Array and controller configuration" section of the HPE MR Gen10 Plus Controller User Guide

SolutionHi,
MR Storage Controller will not show up in SSA.
You need to use MRSA.
