Creating a Windows 2003 Server as a PDC

I am at the Windows Setup Screen to join a Domain or not to join a Domain. I am installing WIndows 2003 Server and want to make this the PDC do I create it now saying not the domain or do I wait and promote it latter from within the program. Please help I am waiting at this point. Thanks for anyone who can Help

Install Windows into a workgroup.

Once Windows is installed run DCPROMO and follow the wizard to setup a new domain.

First of all W2003 server cannot act as PDC ! it can olny emulate it, then please choose Mixed mode during promotion.
