Configure the Anti Spam Service
I need to configure the ANTI Spam Service.
When I try to test an ip address from the anti sapm option I receive the message:
"Device cannot contact Anti-Spam IP-Reputation Service"
How I can configure the Anti Spam service?
I have a firewall rules that I need to configure the anti spam filter.
Actually when I enable the Anti Spam filter in a rule that control the traffic between my lan and the internet; anything e-mail incoming.

Re: Configure the Anti Spam Service
Is the device actually able to get out onto the internet? Based on this and your other thread, it sounds like the device does not have connectivity.
I suggest you use the Tools available in the Network catagory to ping and traceroute to something like Google and take it from there.

Re: Configure the Anti Spam Service
Thanks for your reply.
But the X5 have internet output.
I use the Tools and I have ping, trace route, etc.
It's simply that the device don't connect to the TMC, and download the update.
Any other thing to do?

Re: Configure the Anti Spam Service
In that case it may well be that you are just not entitled to it - it's not a free service.
