U200 L2TP VPN ip assignment

i'm tring to assign a fixed IP to every vpn user.

th user is authenticated via Microsoft IAS ( MS radius implementation ), the radius trasmit the IP that i have setup in active directory to the firewall ( i have wireshark evidence ) but the ip is assigned by the pool in a round robin fashion.

 

Someone have done someting like this?
