Cluster Service will not start

On 2 of our Proliant DL380 G4 Storage Servers the "Cluster Service" will not start.
We get the following "Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly" followed by "Error ID: -2147023829 (8007042b)".
Please see the attached system log entries.

Hi Scott,

check out these KBs from Microsoft

Q258469, Q272129, Q295091, Q321531

Have you configured the DTC correct
as MS discribed it in its whitepaper
for clusterservers?
