PROLIANT CL380 - Linux 7.3 aborting command due to timeout

Our Configuration:
PROLIANT CL380
Linux 7.3
KERNEL 2.4.20-28.7smp
Informix IDS 9.21


Every month, when activity of scsi discs was raise, I get this error in /var/log/messages:
