The company that installed our server,a year ago dosn't no the password that they use for
acu.
What can I do to use ACU on this server????

Get the latest ProLiant Support Pack and configure the Insight agents with a password you want before you install it and that will overwrite the previous setting.

Thanks for your answer.
I found that this q. was asked by someone in the past.
The simplest way is to copy c:\compaq\wben\cpqhmmd.acl from another server. In this server
I know the password.

You'll also need to restart the SNMP service to make it work!!!
