Can't deploy support pack
Got this message from log file:
Application Launch: Did not launch SWUPDATE.BAT by ISMCW2KP1\isoadmin. Application Launch Task is disabled.

Re: Can't deploy support pack
This could indicate one of two things...either the user attempting to execute the launch does not have the privilege or IM7 doesn't have the appropriate authority to do the remote install. Check the owner of the IM7 service and make sure it has domain administrator or equivalent permissions.
