Certificate problem
HI all, I walked into a new job where there is an insight manager7 server that does appear to be sending out mail alerts.. BUT I cannot login to the application locally. When I try I get an error window.
"Host Mismatch: The host name on the Security Certificate does not match the name of the Server"
I dont really understand how to setup the certificates.
Anyone ever experienced this?? Any ideas
Thanks
Jeff

Re: Certificate problem
Try https://servername:2381 or
https://server_IPaddress:2381
Host mismatch often comes from the situation when certificate is issued with only server name, but then it is accessed using DQDN i.e. full address or vice versa
