CIM SP2

I am new to CIM. I have installed CIM SP2. Have it partially working. But I cannot go beyound this point. Where do I do miss?

I look at the file cpqhmmd.acl, user is "administrator", password is
"administrator". However everytime that I log in I get the attached error as indicated in the arrachment.

It seems that your attached BMP file is not readable. Maybe you can explain the error in detail.
Note: you cannot read the passwords in the CPQHMMD.ACL file, they are encrypted.
