CIM SP2

I am new to CIM. I have installed CIM SP2. Have it partially working. But I cannot go beyound this point. Where do I do miss?

I look at the file cpqhmmd.acl, user is "administrator", password is
"administrator". However everytime that I log in I get the attached error as indicated in the attachment.
