Database options for IM7 SP2

I was wondering if it is possible to start out using the included MSDE database installation and then re-point to a full blown SQL database later on.

Does anyone know if it is possible?

It is quite easy. We had our original install on MSDE then imported that into a separate SQL server instance. Just have to make sure you have the necessary rights, and make a few changed to your ODBC configuration.

Thanks, thats the answer I was looking for :)

Next question is there any documentation that tells how? I'm not exactly knowledgable with databases, but I do have a DBA I would seek help from. Just need to know what I have to do on the IM 7 side fo things.
