Device Information (reports)

All my community strings seem to be in order but when i run reports only approx 6 out of 40 devices show any info.
The rest show up only their name on the report and nothing else.
this is the same for every report.?

Some reports use the Reports tables which, I think, are populated by the Bi-Weekly Data Collection task. You may want to also ensure the Weekly Data Collection Task has run.
