IE problem?
I have IM7. Using IE6sp1, I can successfully log into IM and I see the 'home page' but the part of the home page that shows the list of servers is missing. The title bar is there 'Results from Query:All servers' but the list is missing and there is only a small box with a red X inside. If I try to run any other queries from the 'Queries' menu, they fail as well.

Re: IE problem?
I've seen this when multiple or the wrong version of Java are installed.
IM 7 sp2.1 now uses Java JRE 1.3.1_08, the previous version ran 1.3.1_04 (IIRC).
Check in IE that you have the Use Java xxxx UNChecked if you've got multiple versions of the Java JRE installed. This lest the Application load the JRE it requires.
You may want to try removing all versions of Java and then relogging onto IM, it'll reload the JRE it requires.

Re: IE problem?
I'm not seeing a setting or checkbox for 'Use Java xxx' anywhere in the Tools/Internet Options.

Re: IE problem?
Under the advanced tab, between the major topics of HTTP 1.1 Settings and Microsoft VM there should be a Java (Sun) Section. Below that is the tick box.
If there's not one there, my guess is that the Java JRE was not properly installed.
