IM 7 Paging
I have a customer with the following issue:
We are having trouble with the modem paging aspect of CIM. The server will send an alert as it is supposed to once, but then the modem does not reset and the COM port stays open. Eventually either the port will reset on its own or we have to power cycle the modem. The modem is a US Robotics 33.6 external.
I have contacted our pager provider (Arch Wireless) and they have suggested that we add an extra Carriage Return at the end of the message to force the connection to close more cleanly. How would we go about doing this?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Re: IM 7 Paging
What does the Paging Status page tells you after running the Notification task?
Any errors after paging has finished?
IM7 will only communicate with Hayes compatible modems but I guess the USR 33.6 is compatible.
