IM 7 SP2 Installation Problems

Although I have IM 7 SP2 installed, I'm unable to run the IM 7 SP2.3 update. The installation indicates that I do not have IM 7 SP2 installed. Any work around will be appreciated.

Eric, Are you sure that you do have SP2 installed?
Maybe try reinstalling SP2 and then doing the update.
If you hover the cursor of the HP logo at top left, what does it say?
