Insight Manager Storage Agent problems in Linux

DL380 G3, 4200 Array controller.

For some reason, one of the services involved with the Storage agent refuses to load and I think it's the reason why I can't see either of my Array controllers (Internal/External) from the System Management page in Insight Manager.

The service is called cmaidad.

Anyone got a clue where my problem lies or how I can get that service to start up? (When I try to start it using the command "service cmaidad start" it just tells me it's an unrecognized service.)
