Temperature
Hello,
i am using the CIM 7 SP2. I??d like to know if there??s a way to get information about the temperatures of the server-components within the CIM7 ??
Maybe someone knows another SW that works with Compaq/HP server and can readout temperatures.

Re: Temperature
Hi,
Actually it is under: 'device link' -> Insight Management Agents -> Environment.
I believe the info should be also in some SQL table, just study the 'Reference information' in the Technical Refernce Guide.

Re: Temperature
Keep in mind that it's not the absolute temperature you're interested in but the proximity of the temperature to the threshold. The threshold is going to be different for different processors or even the same processor in different machines, depending on the location of the thermal sensor.
