Version Control Agent Setup

I have several servers that cannot connect to the Insight CMS VCR. On one server the VCA page does not show all the options. The VCA page shows nothing on the home page and a message saying "Error optaining inventory". the log show these errors

"An error occurred while performing an operating system specific operation."

"The repository specified, hpinsight, did not return a result."
