Version Control Agent

I have a 2000 DC that has all the agents on and is working fine except for the VCA. Anytime I try to start the service, it looks a 7000 error in the event viewer...the system cannot find the file specified.

I have unistalled and reinstalled just the VCA and also all the agents with no luck.

Any ideas?
Using CIM 7 SP1.2
