Weird logon loop

I have two servers (2K) that when I login at http:\\servername:2301 I get the login page at https:\\servername:2381 and accept the cert and enter the admin and password - then it says loading data and then throws me back to the login page again.

Any suggestions? (I will uninstall and reinstall agents if necessary but will have to wait for a scheduled PM).

I have several servers as well that have the same problem. After entering your username and password, it accepts them and the I get the grey message stating that's it is "Loading data, please wait..." and then returns me to the username and password screen.

This is happening on a HP DL380G3 with PSP6.40. I have many other DL380G3's working with this same configuration.

Please advise.
