DL360 G5 memory error 2Gb DIMMs

I have a HP DL360 G5 and I want upgraded the memory with 6x2Gb DIMMs. The DIMMs are 4GB (2x2GB) HP/Compaq ProLiant BL20p G4 PC2-5300 DDR2-667 240-pin Fully Buffered ECC LOW POWER compatible with DL360 G5 (DDR2-667MHz)however when I tried with my HP and it don`t power.
