ILO commands to break session

Hello

Is there a command to break an ILO session? I've got a hung session and I cannot connect to ILO. I connect via ssh using putty. I'm using firmware v1.75 on a DL380 G4.

Thanks.

Re: ILO commands to break session

I did not realise one could use ssh to connect to iLO. So I just did and I see you can connect multiple times and still connect to it with the web-interface.

With this webinterface, you can reset iLO without resetting the server. I did not find a 'reset'-button. However, if you change stuff like the network parameters, then it will reset iLO with the 'apply' button. I'm sure there is a minor setting you can change (and restore next time).

Re: ILO commands to break session

I have found the only real way to break an iLO session is by pulling the power cables and waiting for a few minutes then power on again. Even the Apply did not work in the Network settings.
