iLO (or) Insight Manager Question

What is the differnce and(or) advantage of having just iLo Std/Advanced & Insight Manager/Agents.

Will I have these abilities by just having iLo Advanced & Insight Agents?
1.Update Firmware & BIOS
2.Hardware monitoring (I already have OVO agents on these servers?)

iLO Advanced allows you to access your server remotely while in graphics mode, provides virtual media support, and directory support for logging in.
