iLO stops responding to HTTPS?

Now and then some of our BL2xp stops responding to HTTPS.

We connect fine to the HTTP page, but when redirected to HTTPS we get a page not found.

Telnet to port 443 and CPQLOCFG fails.

Only solution I have found is reseating the blade.

Using latest firmware.
