ILO2 No video when start Windows grafical

We have a problem with a ILO2 a BL460c. When the start screen graphical windows, I get a message that no video. If we started in VGA mode if we have video, but could not detect mouse.
Do you now what is the problem?.

Here are some things to check:

Are you using current iLO 2 firmware?
Are you using iLO remote console or IRC to access the console?
Check the iLO event logs for any errors.
Make sure the server is ON.

Verify you are remotely accesssing the server you believe you are administering. You can use the UID control to confirm this.
