ilorest storagecontroller deletevolume is not working

First examine the logical volumes, there is just one:
iLORest > storagecontroller --storageid DE040000 --volumes
--------------------------------------------------
Volumes on Controller None and Storage DE040000
--------------------------------------------------
[239]: Name MR Volume RAIDType RAID1 VUID 600062B21A4173C02DBAD8C69D4A710A Capacity 3840204079104 Bytes - Health OK

Now try to delete it:
deletevolume 239 --controller=0 --storageid=DE040000
Are you sure you would like to continue deleting volume MR Volume? (y/n) y
Setting volume MR Volume for deletion
No error message returned or unable to parse error response.
This volume cannotbe deleted without deleting the higher volumes in the same Physical drive first.

There are no other volumes on these two drives.  Is it possible to delete this logical volume using ilorest?
