Reboot ILO from Host OS

Is there a way to reboot the ILO from within the host OS itself? Like a command line tool or something? An ILO of ours has not come back onto the network after a firmware upgrade so I wanted to reboot the ILO before driving out to the site to fix it...

Re: Reboot ILO from Host OS

Try using the HPONCFG utility. You can download it from the iLO support site. It may require the management agents to be installed. Before resetting iLO, see if this utility thinks that iLO is okay.

Then, if you want to force a reset, send a script that saves the network settings. This need not change anything, but it will trigger a reset.
