2.1.9.790 code 0 on install

I am having issues with 7.90 and this version of the HP version Control Agent for Windows.
It will not install.

It has happened to me a couple of times on a Dl360 g5 running 2003 Std R2 Sp1.

Has anyone else out there seen this?

For me I had no problems installing this latest VCA on all our w2k3 servers. I only couldn't install it on the remaining w2k servers.
