4 alerts from iLo
I am trying to determine why I am getting 4 alerts from the iLo of some servers whenever we reboot it. We get 2 Server Power outage (9002) and 2 Server Reset Detected (9001) alerts when the reboot occurs. In the Management section I have the SIM ip address entered for the trap destination and iLo2 SNMP alerts enabled, Forward Insight Manager SNMP Alerts disabled, and SNMP Pass-thru enabled. Anyone have any ideas about why this configuration would generate duplicate alerts?

Re: 4 alerts from iLo
At a guess you're getting an SNMP trap from the server and the same one passed through the ILO.
I've not had reason to let the ILO pass through Server snmp traps. It's mostly used if the ILO and server prts are on different subnets and snmp from the server subnet isn't allowed through, e.g. a DMZ.
