After PSP 7.70 installation the cqhstutl.dll is missing

We have a strange behavior on some of our servers after the installation of the PSP 7.70.

The cqhstutl.dll is missing and thats why the HP Insight Foundation Agents can not start. This only happens on a few servers, the most servers work with no problems after installation.

Any ideas whats wrong here ?

Do the agents work, if you copy the cqhstutl.dll from a server, where the psp 7.70 works, to your local system in C:\WINDOWS\system32 ???

I don't knwo this problem, but i have other problems with the psp 7.70, sometimes it works without any problems, sometimes there are failures with the version control agent...

When I copy the cqhstutl.dll from another server the Insight Foundation Agents work, but the VCA gets an error message that he can not find the repository !

When i've had problems with the VCA from PSP 7.70 i made a re-install. Perhaps you can try this.

Uninstall the VCA and re-install it. Don't forget the reboot after uninstall!

I tried the reinstall already ,it did not help.

Same problem here. 4/8 of the installation do not work (missing the dll / HP Foundation Agents not starting / HP Version Control Agent not working). Same hardware on all of them. DL380 G3.

We need to know the cause of this.

Our roll out is prensently on hold and that can be a show stopper.

We are upgrading from 7.40 & 7.60 to 7.70.
