I keep getting the following in HP SIM for my DL380 Gen9 servers although FW and BIOS are up to date. Please share any information you may have on this error. See error below.

Hi @wsimon ,
What is the PSU and Fan status showing in iLO?
Are you getting POST error as well ?
I believe, if system and component's firmware is updated and no 'degraded' or 'critical' state of fan or PSU on iLO,, then these may be false alarms.
Try this
1) Power off, open the Server and reseat the fan.
2) Update the system to latest firmware by SPP.
Update of iLO, IMA and System BIOS is must.
3) Restart the SNMP agent
