Another C/W question

I have two DL380 G4 , Same SP, Same BIOS , Same OS. When run the Contract task one get updated other not, The issue I belive is the one that work have infomation when I go to "Edit System Properties" the other isn't, Any one have seen this behaviour.? Any one have a fix for this?. I have a lot of servers with same issue.....
