Automatic Event Handling - New task error

Hello,

When I make a new task in automatic event handling, I get an error on the third screen were you select the systems. No matter what I select, I cannot click next and go on. I get an "error on page" message in the lower left hand corner of my IE window when I click on next and I can not continue. I am trying to use the Product Name Is " " option but none of the others seem to work also.

Any suggestions?

Does anybody have any suggestions? I am using SIM4.2 SP1.
