Automatic Event Handling - New Task
Hi, I'm using a newly installed Systems Insight Manager 4.0. Connecting to it via IE6 with Java 1.4.1 When I try to create a new task I manage to get to step 3 where you select your systems, I fill in the required boxes but when I click next to go to the next page and select the required actions I get a javascript error:
Line: 1773
Char: 5
Error: Object required
Code: 0
url: https://ipsen30:50000/mxportal/search/AdvancedSystemsSearch.jsp?inframe=alerts
Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know a solution?
TIA
Richard

Re: Automatic Event Handling - New Task
Updated Java to US 1.4.1_07 and this seems to have fixed the problem. So not sure at the moment if it was the change from the version number or the change in language that has fixed it.
