Automatic event handling not running

I have insight V4.2 with SP2

I have a automatic event handler setup to forward all events to a email address.

but a couple of months it stops running this ha now happended twice even after a being installed on different system with a new database.

The last run column displays never which is why i get no forwarded events.

Insigth is still displaying faults o te homepage though ?

Any help much appricated
