Automatic Event Handling Task eMail Notify

While i set eMail event handling task, the subject item let me input my own , but after i got the email ,the real subject became Insight Manager default subject + my subject, can i let the real subject is only my subject? thanks.

i have yet to find a way to change the subject of those emails other than the append you talked about
