Automatic Event Handling will not open

Hello all, I have a strange problem that is hard to explain. In SIM 4.1,
1. I click Options
2. mouse hover over Events,
3. then the sub-window opens
4. mouse hover over Automatic Event Handling
Problem: The sub-window for Automatic Event Handling flashes real quick and disappears. It flashes so quick that you cannot click on anything.

From another workstation this does not happen. I also updated java to 1.4.2_05

Anyone have any IE settings to try? I have compared them to a workstation that works. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Well, if I make the screen resolution really small, so that all the sub-windows open to the right, then it opens.

It seems that the sub-windows do not like to open over the top of one another on this PC. No big deal I guess.
