Both Performance and Software Status Columns: Do Not Update

Both Performance and Software Status Columns: Do Not Update

Neither update after additions, refresh, re-discovery, polling, etc. Nothing works!

This is a clean installation of 5.2; all software is up-to-date, Performace and Software status are either Blue Question marks and/or Orange Major Triangles.

Can anyone help here?
